1. What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you sign up (name, email, business name, location addresses, phone numbers, website), information generated by your use of the product (audit results, fix history, requests to our concierge team), and standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used to keep PinPilot running securely.
2. How we use it
We use your data to run audits on your behalf, apply one-click fixes to listings you authorize, deliver our done-for-you service, send transactional emails (account, billing, alerts you've opted into), and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
3. Third parties
PinPilot uses sub-processors to operate: hosting, database, payments (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. We share your data with them only as needed to deliver the service.
4. Listing platforms
When you authorize PinPilot to update a listing (Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, etc.), we act on your behalf using credentials or APIs you've connected. We never post or modify anything you haven't approved.
5. Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by emailing privacy@pinpilot.app. Deleting your account removes your locations, audits, and request history within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to the small PinPilot team and logged.
