1. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business and location information you provide, and for the credentials you use to sign in. Don't share your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Subscription, trial, and billing
PinPilot is offered on a monthly subscription. Starter is $17/month; Pro is $47/month. Both include a 14-day free trial; you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime from your account — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. What PinPilot does
PinPilot audits your local listings and suggests or applies fixes. Our done-for-you team performs requested work using reasonable care. We don't guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome — search platforms control those.
4. Your content & authorizations
You grant PinPilot permission to access and modify the listings you connect, only for the purposes you request. You retain ownership of your business information.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use PinPilot to misrepresent a business you don't own or operate, post fake reviews, or violate the policies of the listing platforms we work with. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Liability
PinPilot is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
